They don't look 14 or less to me. But killing anyone in this manner without a trial is totally wrong.

The justice system should be strengthened. Of course the courts let three in four terrorists go which might be the reason Pakistan army has been involved in shooting unarmed Taliban prisoners in Swat.

Nonetheless they cannot expect to win over populations in this way. Instead it will alienate these populations and make them more restive. We have no idea how to fight an internal insurgency. Its totally true.

There is an insurgency in Balochistan as well, hope you don't have any ideas for that as well how to cope with that so do you apply the same rule there as well ?

Counted 1.721 casualties or bodies of taliban prisoners found in areas of Swat, forget about the uncounted ?

A few bad apples i guess.

This is what the Banana republic of Pakistan does Manzareh. I have written extensively on this subject matter. We, Pukhtuns, are nothing but a commodity for the Pakistani military top brass of Punjab. With the blink of the eye, just for some F16s, they will shoot us dead and later claiming we were dehshatghars. It's part of the reason why we won't have the NED, LUMS, NUST, instead we have these pseudo madrasas that produce brainwashed suicide bombers to liberate Kashmir from the kuffar, India! While a kid in Lahore, or Karachi, is busy arguing if he should major in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, we have our eyes covered running for our lives. I also find it amazingly funny when those same kids claim how patriotic Pukhtuns are, or how proud they are to be Pakistani, hilarious to say the least. Most of these keyboard warriors, themselves, are children of these military men and they try to justify these actions. I can give direct examples, but then that would be breaching our policy.

Let me share an example with you, take it for what it' worth :

A friend of mine from Swat said the Army, full of non-Pukhtuns aside from storming into his house, made some insane comments about his family and threatened to take his sister if they didn't 'cooperate' with the Army demands. They Army went as far as saying they will make a 'blue film' of his wife, if they didn't "pin-point the Taliban of Mingora". This guy said how in the world, or what in the world makes you think I am so 'buddy, buddy' with them, after scuffling with him, they left. He didn't tell me what happened after, but I'm sure you know how felt, as someone who is a tribal elder.

I mean, shooting us is nothing new so I view this thread as pointless. We should be more worried about the recent tactics which is blowing us up with drones, and telling their masters that they killed imaginary Taliban members -- meanwhile Osama was living right under their nose, despite Pervaiz Musharraf lying through his teeth by claiming he is not or sending Pakistani agents to Kabul to cause bomb attacks[just recently 2 Pakistanis were caught in Kabul causing terrorism, something synonymous with Pakistan] Leave it for God Manzareh Jaana, these chest-thumping, rag-tag soldiers that killed those humans in such a brutal way will certainly face justice. In fact, I can assume with confidence that the families of those who they killed probably already did something about it. No law allows such barbaric activities to happen, truly a made in Pakistan moment.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Calling proud Baluchis as insurgents is unacceptable. All they are doing is stopping Punjab from robbing them for their resources. Baluchistan has the most resources, yet they are the most undeveloped. To call freedom fighters, seeking justice as insurgents is unacceptable! They have been robbed for way too long, while Punjab is flourishing with stolen resources.

                        Really Bad

It is really bad to see killings of young men , if they did so wrong they should have been convicted rather than removed.
Don't attach it with Pakhtun OR Balouch people because this is a religious warfare.

I don't want to make it a Pashtun or Baloch issue but some here are trying to justify it but when you ask them about the killings of Baloch then they start crying like cunning ladies.

Giving justification for killing anyone would be a shame on humanity, when u see Balouchistan there tribal elders have received so much money against development and royality but there general public is deprived still today.

If they had received money then there was no need to be against the establishment and govt but the reality is that the whole Balochistan was kept in dark, even today everyone speaks of giving them their rights but these are only upto talks and no one has taken concrete steps because everyone knows who is taking the commanding position in Pakistan and where orders comes from, I am not talking about zardar or gilani because they are like dogs barking on daily basis but their words carry no weight.
