1st Enigma :

In a large building, a man is running in a long corridor with no windows. He carries with him a very important paper. But suddenly, the lights went out and immediately came back on. The man stopped quickly, scrunched the paper into a ball and threw it down. He then turned back and returned where he came from. The question is : What has happened, when the lights went out ?



2nd Enigma : (easy one)


Bob asked his night watchman: "Wake me up at 7:00 tomorrow morning, I have to fly to New York." The next day, the watchman woke up his boss and said, "I dreamed that your plane crashed, do not go". Bob follows the advice of his guardian, and saw on the news that it indeed crashed. He returned to see the watchman and said, "Thanks, you saved my life, you're fired."

The question is : Why ?

Nowadays, it is easy to cheat and find the answers of enigmas with google. But I choosed these rare enough so that you won't find them. This is all for the moment. I will add some more as soon as I find new ones.

Here is a mathematical/logical one :

3rd Enigma :

In this gala dinner, 47 guests, 28 men and 19 women, are sitting around the huge circular table.

11 men have a woman placed immediately to their right.

The questions are :

1) How many men have a woman sitting immediately to their left ?

2) Can we make a general law out of this ?

2nd Enigma : (easy one)

This one, I think, I may have figured.

If the watchman has informed his boss about the plane crash, then that means the plane had already taken off and his boss had missed the plane. The watchman, therefore failed to wake his boss up at 7.00am.
