      eh

helmand and kandahar are not as dangerous as they were a couple years ago. its the non strategic areas that foreigners or gov't don't focus on that will always be dangerous for them until the end of the war.

though, i feel ridiculous even talking about this so i will post something girly for our friend, gulalai

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Senorita, drop the arrogance and you can learn a thing or two.
You must still think its 1930 and the Durranai King is calling on Paktiawals to save Kabul, those days is over chump. Paktia is not a factor, at all.
hahaha, Paktya will always be a factor, we are the original pashtuns, without us there is no Afghanistan.

I dont know why youre speaking on Ghazni, you are clueless. Qari Baba ran Ghazni throughout the 80s, he was Pashtun. The Most active Jihadi group was Maulvi Mohamed Nabis, all Pashtun. Wahdat is active in the West, but they stay there
It is you who is clueless Senorita, Maulvi Mohamed Nabis was from logar defending the ghaznchis cause you couldnt represent.

You need to worry about Gardez homie. I hear the best translators come from Paktia, is this true shirin gola?
Hey dont blame us because we have passion/ghyrat. If its communism, we had Najib, if it is Jihad, we have Haqqani(most feared family in afghanistan). If it is the current government, the defense ministry was first offered to a paktyan who declined it because he did not want to work for uneducated and clueless people, the americans practically begged him.
The last men standing after the invasion of 2001 were the paktyans in the Shahikot mountains of Paktya:
In fact well into 2002, they had to send in thousands of US troops for the last men standing:
        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Anaconda

First city to fall from Communist control --> Khost --> Paktya

        Paktya not a factor?

First you must learn your history, Paktia, Pakitika, Khost and the parts of ghazni that are no go zone are apart of loya paktya. If you ask any Khostie or ones from Paktika, they would be the first to tell you they are paktyawals.

The Tajik warlord will be dead as soon as he steps out of his rat hole that is being protected by thousands of NATO troops.

I dont know why you are bringing up Ferdowsi because he was a persian from what is today northeastern Iran who wrote persian poetry and Sultan Muhmud actually was an obstacle to his art.

            Nicely bitch-slapped, Khushal.

Whoever thinks that Loya Paktiya is not a factor must be day-dreaming in some Wahdati's bedroom.
            The only constant is change.

That is from the icasualty.org as far as NATO KIA numbers are concerned. It also has more to do with where NATO troops are more stationed. More troops = more targets = more casualties. Helmand has the most KIA since most of the surge troops went to Helmand.

Helmond and Kandahar are still dangerous but mainly becasue of the drug dealers protecting their investment. I think Kunar(where HIG operates from) has trumped them as US troops are actually retreating from Kunar and reinforcing bases in the south. Their main focus is the Quetta Shura vs the HIG who is much smaller in numbers.

Ghaznavi failed, why ? (regarding the casualties)
because paktia had until 2009 only a few small bases of the american terrorists and polish soldiers, because of their law to leave remote areas.

the soldiers of the islamic emirate of afghanistan have 60 to 70 % control of paktia and khost, the americans concentrated themselves on paktika where they too were defeated and now they are retreating.

after 2010 they reconcentrated on paktia and build some new bases,in every district they builded a FOB,and praise be to Allah there are few days on which it does not come under fire.

and now the americans were pushed out of zurmat, aryoub, wazih and other areas.

                              1. More useless chest thumping

                              2. So? Haqqani fought under Khales. Was Khales from Paktia? Gulbuddin was a Khorotai from Kunduz by way of Ghazni, how many Afghans from all over the country fought in his name? Lol. Stupid argument.

                              3. Tarakai from Ghazni, so is Gulbuddins ancestral grounds. I can play this game too

Fact is, besides Herat and Balkh no other city in Afghanistan can even look at Ghazni when it comes to legacy

Ghazni in 2013 is recognized as an Islamic Cultural capital

Paktia in 2013 is not recognized at all
