Someone from london who is not speaking Pashto on daily basis is like someone who is swimming in the see without getting wet.
There are more Pashtuns in London alone than in entire Benelux.Originally posted by FirdousiNever talk with Afghans about politics. All their political knowledge is limited to conspiracy theories, political demonization and contradictions. No logic, no reason.

I didn't know white people and Hispanics can carry last names like Wardak.
Wtf?! Haris: can you elaborate on this wrora?Last edited by Kushan Prince; 08-16-2013, 01:38 AM."Revenge is a dish best served cold".

I don't know any Hispanics as there are hardly any around here.
As for white guys, those ones you know of were probably Polish or have Polish origins.
There are many Polish people with Wardak as a last name. I don't know why, I was planning on asking Yasmeenah but always forgot to. Most likely it is a coincidence and Wardak probably means something else in Polish or maybe the name of some Polish clan.---

Ahh I see. I mean they have a capital named WARsaw so WARdak shouldn't be much of a surprise. I do believe its mere coincidence and a rather strange one, don't you think? Anyways thanks wrora for clearing up the confusion. (well sort off) Now I can get some sleep at night lol.Originally posted by Haris View PostI don't know any Hispanics as there are hardly any around here.

It may perhaps also be that some of those guys may be related to Wardags who married with non-Wardags. I know of a few cases where this has happened (almost entirely in Germany & Holland for some reason) though again I doubt that's the reason.
It's a more annoying coincidence than a strange one.
That's because if you want to find info about Wardak, the tribe is called Wardak, the famous people are called Wardak, the land is called Wardak and on top of that you get random Polish guys called Wardak.
In the end, finding the relevant info takes much more time than it should.---
