^ Why a house instead of a condo?? I am having this debate with myself and I am favouring the idea of a condo instead..With a house, security is tricky, the yard needs maintaining and its a ghost town unless you have kids or a large family living with you.

I don't want to live wall to wall with strangers. Baba needs his distance.

Condos/apartments are good because you do not pay for property tax. other than that they are a waste. Especially if you are renting. You're shelling out so much money and the apartment isn't yours and you are not building your credit. All you are doing with Rent is putting money on the owners pocket. A house is yours it is your asset, you can repair it and sell it for a profit.

There is a very good feeling after mowing your lawn, drinking a hot cup of tea and relaxing.

how does one get rid of an overly attached coworker?? i have been working this schedule for over a year now and i never know when it's my day off. i need to check my calendar but this woman always knows when i am off. i don't want to be reminded of work when i am at home or on my day off.
how do you get rid of her without being mean to her?? sometimes she calls me five times and i don't return her calls but she still wont take a hint.

Nothing good to watch on tv these days. I remember when I used to have 3-4 shows that I would look forward to weekly. Now its only ink master and I just watch reruns of the office.
