I bruised my ribs at 12 sparring with a black belt. Fractured my left shoulder blade when i was 20 in a bicycle accident. I herniated 2 two discs in my back at 23 playing basketball.

Im 27 and I still Ball up, lift weights, and fight consistently. No excuses, Just Do It.

yes i love bollywood movies especially shah ruh khan because indian movies were really famous in soviet union and in the 90s and i'm still influenced by it
