Longest you have gone with out being sick?

what's the longest you have gone with out being sick?

I am counting and It's been 2 years and 5 months for me, I haven't even had a cold/flu in this time period.

I think Green tea is the answer. I am talking about pure chinese green tea with out sugar or anything else

I drink it at least 3 or 4 times a day

I am not sure, but I haven't been sick for a long time now.

i rarely get colds/flu. the last time i had a couple was in 2006 and that was when travelling to india and sri lanka, hence lots of plane trips. one trip a woman beside me was sniffling the whole way :-(

In the last 3 years - the longest time w/o being sick is max 2-3 monts I think it's all because WG and treatment that cured me, and at the same time led to lower immunity.

When I visit some family in Europe (Spain) I nearly always get a little cold. I don't know if it is because my body is not used to cold weather (I know that Spain is not the coldest place in the world or Europe for that matter but when you have been used to live in Iraq, UAE and Jeddah it is cold compared to that when you visit outside of summer).

What works for me is Arabic tea and Kabsah with garlic. It really helps the system.

I also heard that chinese green tea should be good. Maybe I should try it.
