PF loya jirga: another importan issue

Its about newly growing popularity of dhaal in Afghanistan. Thanks to efforts of ISI , dhaal was smuggled to each and every corner of Afghanistan. Due to its delicious taste, most of the afghan nation is infected with dhaal virus and every one is turning into dhaalkhor..its like T-virus of zombies, once you got infected with dhaal, there is no cure and you will be a walking dhaalkhor...with emergance of so many dhaalkhors at one place at same time period, scientists are thinking that it may jeopardize climate of world as there will be extreme green house effect. Moreover ozone depletion is going on over afghanistan...would it lead to end of world in 2012?
How to tackle this issue? Use of nukes???
