Shalwar as I remember yes! But I doubt a bit kamees has Persian origins, but I may be wrong. I do not insist on this opinion.

Actually this is very interesting to pinpoint whether Shalwar kameez
came from Turkish, Persian court dress

OR Saka tribes as suggested above -

I like the study of how people dressed in Central Asia / Southwest Asia
                in previous centuries.
I had a neat picture of Samarkand and Bokhara traditional apparel
from a Survey of Historical Modes of Dress.

What's fun is that seeing the outfits brings alive the grandeur of earlier days of
very high civilizations in the region.

A reminder that modern American suits and ties and dumb jeans
and even stupider t-shirts on women and men alike
look truly bizarre when compared with the gracious modes
of dress of the peoples of this region.

Jatt sahab , the pashto word for shalwar kamees is " khat pardoog". Shalwar kamees is urdu word and urdu is combination of persian, arabic, turkish, sanskrit and lot of other langauges. Shalwar kamees is our dress, the indian variant of shalwar kamees is "kurta pajama". As punjabis live in proximity of pashtuns so they wear afghan dress of shalwar kamees along with dhoti instead of kurta pajama. After 1947 pakistan has heavily promoted shalwar kamees as national dress to distance itself from its hindu roots as much as possible...except mohammad bin qasim, all invaders to india came from afghanistan and central asia..remember afghanistan has/had persian as well as turkic elements also in addition to pashtuns...islam also came to india from afghanistan...so newly converted hindus to islam adopted many things from their muslim rulers/invaders and preachers.
