Probably for Females only - Engagement Parties

soooo, I am plannign my Engagement Party, which is in 15 days!!!

but i am finding that there is so much stress and I am about to pull my hair out and there is still so much to do....

Have you been in this situation? How did you deal with it? and if you havent already, how do you plan to deal with it?

I am finding that there is alot of small things that have to be done...and my checklists just aint working..

nothing is fun when you waste your time planning on it to that extent. hand over your to do list to your mom and tell her you give up. put on a nice dress on your engagement day and elope to tim hortens 15 minutes later. come back in time to wave everyone good night before the party is over. problem solved.

i wish it was that easy. I am doing everything by myself. next time you have a fight with your mum, just say ThankYou for being here and for always bending over backwards to help me...

aww yeah I am sure it will be stressful but don't stress too much!

Write lists? have some people help you out...usually certain members of the family will feel honored to be asked to help

I know..I really wanted a green dress to be honest, but my mother in law said to keep the green shades for the Nikkah....

The dress is sooo pretty close up - its fulllll of crystals
