are you talking about Jamalgota?? it is a herbal medicine of some sort. I know it has been used in Pakistan/India since ancient times, its parts of the Ayurveda medicines

Ya it is herbel medicine to treat constipation. If you are normal and you eat jamalgota then will have intense diarrhea.
