I just saw this! It's time to revive this thread! Martial/Warrior culture could be viewed as synonymous with Pashtun culture itself. With seeing this thread I went and put most of my current collection out on a blanket for photos. I have another AKS-74U under the seat in my vehicle that's not included in these photos.

...and one more...

Someone sent me message asking for details of my weapons. So here's a list of what's on the blanket from the top. As well as wikipedia links for those that care to read more about a particular weapon...
* Heckler & Koch MP5 with sound suppressor that doesn't really work
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heckler_%26_Koch_MP5
* Heckler & Koch P30 (9x19mm)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heckler_%26_Koch_P30
* Generation 3 Glock 22 (.40S&W) with Trijicon night sights and #3.5 connector for shorter trigger pull
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glock
* AKS-74U (5,45x39mm) with no special modifications. This one was built with all Russian parts on a Bulgarian receiver. The mag is one of the 45 round mags from Molot factory. Osama Bin Laden was often photographed with one of these haha.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AK-74#AKS-74U
* near that is one Generation 3 Glock 19 (9x19mm) and a Gen 3 Glock 31 (.357 SIG) both with Trijicon night sights and special trigger configuration like the other one
* Below that a standard Kalashnikov variant (7,62x39) with folding stock, built on half Russian, half Romanian parts
* Russian Makarov (9x18mm) from Izhevsk factory. VERY accurate with quick precise follow-up shots for such a small pistol
* AK74 (5,45x39mm) from Izhmash factory in Izhevsk, all Russian parts and accessories
next photo was
* PPS Pistolet Pulemyot Sudayeva or Sudayev's submachine gun (7,62x25), this is just asubmachine gun that uses the same round as the Soviet Tokarev pistol or TT33
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PPS_submachine_gun
* Glock 19 from the other photo in my shoulder holster, usually used for daily carry
* the last one is a custom built Kalashnikov variant (7,62x39) built on a receiver from the Molot factory in Vyatskiye Polyany, Kirov Russia. a gunsmith added custom stock, grip and tactical quad rails. i attached the forward grip with tactical light. soon to acquire a PO3 5x21 Russian scope for this one
I primarily use the AKS74U for home defense for ballistic reasons of the 5,45 cartridge and ease of maneuvering against walls and around corners. Don't want to risk the 7,62 going through the perpetrator, through my walls and outside hitting something or someone.

kimber sis, glock 19 or 32. It should fit in my hand and be easy to carry. I am not interested in opening a museum. Nothing impractical..
