i am a procrastinator so sundays tend to taunt me. every sunday i wake up with this horrible dreadful feeling that it's monday. i don't go out over the weekend so i either clean up the house or get some work done in my laptop.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

As a little girl, Sundays were one of my favorite days of the week. Spent half of the day at my Islamic sunday school; would come home just in time for mom's cooking. She would cook anything we asked that morning from biryani banjan, manto, showla, shorwa, kabuli palow, kabab with salata, or bolani. Then would take a nap and watch movies with my parents till it was time for bed.

Its no longer the same, of course obviously. Now my Sundays consist of going grocery shopping, running errands, buying shampoo and such from the store, coming home to work on my bio labs and reports, working on term papers, catching up on reading for last week's lecture. The older you get, the more responsibilities. You just wish the weekends would last longer, just allowing a minute or two for peace and fun.

Oh how i miss my childhood.

Btw, am i the only one who hates Tuesdays?! seriously!!! (<<< havent used that emoticon in ages) who the hell made up Tuesdays??? Okay i get Mondays, the first day for work and school (the day of the week that i dread the most). Wednesday is okay because its the middle of the weekday. Thursday is not bad, knowing tomorrow is Friday. Friday leaves a great feeling of knowing its the last day for the weekday, and looking forward to the weekend. Saturday, well i always have something going on that day.

however what i advised you regarding sundays is that what i do myself...reading some books , gaining knowledge (because knowledge is strenght/power) and enjoy meeting friends.

Laila's post reminds me of a scene in a Seinfeld episode where Jerry and George ponder the question of how Tuesdays feel. They concluded Tuesday had no particular feel.
