i have a tan and dark eyes and wear hijab. when i was younger i was told i looked more pashtun, i had super long dark curly hair and my skin was much lighter and kind of pinkish. i dont think i look pashtun at all, at least not anymore. i dont really have any sharp features (except jawline which you cant see anyway)

There was a girl who was dark as ash but had green eyes, she was half pashtoon, half something else and i remember her telling me i couldnt be pashtun because 1. i couldnt speak fluent pashto and 2. i didnt have coloured eyes
