This takes me right back to Peshawar Old City -
though I think this journalist was there earlier, looks like
the late 1970s or so because he inquires about the
Soviet military advisers apparently -
not about a full fledged war yet.
It must be about time for those wonderful
Jade Green Raisins sold in all the bazaars of the entire area.
Or is it a little later after the grapes are harvested and dried out??
