All this thread about men. I have one experience, Our housemaster is a woman, but she does not alot any apartment to women. Although it is University guesthouse but she refuse always. Iasked her, why you do not alot aprtments to girls/women, She said something, I cannot here.
Different opinion. SO it should be generalized.
