there is a funny story about this.

There were three Talibs who were slapping a teenage boy while telling him "are you going to do it again," every time the boy would stay silent, they gave him another slap. The father of the boy happened to be walking by and ran to his boy. He told the Talibs "What the hell are you doing to my boy." The talibs replied, "uncle, he was smoking hashish." The father asked his boy, "is this true." the boy said "yes."
