Is that right Mr? if Afghan =Pashtun ,so why you are trying to shove your id into none Pashtuns in Afghanistan ,so in a way you agreeing with Satamis that awghanistan name should be change since this name do not represent them.

That is because that song is not a national anthem. But by knowing the meaning of the song, i have no problem with it....it praises my country, Afghanistan, as a country....there is not place in the song of Tajik nationalism, just because it is in Farsi.

I am a bit confused? what is wrong with this patriotic song?

it says "watan ishq e to iftikharam" ... "watan your love is my pride" and it is basically talking about Love for Afghanistan. Do you guys even understand Dari, or just post it for the heck of it. and it has nothing to do with tajik nationalism. this song was written during russian invasion and war.. and it talks about pride of being from a country called Afghanistan. and the person who originally sang it, made a video for it and in that video he was dressed with the traditional pashtoon kamees partog and red waskat...

how stupid can one get. i wonder sometimes. ignorance has no limit.

Wow this forum had become too long.
To be honest the Word "Afghan" just don't mean Pashtun anymore.
If we want to united with Afghanistan then we should change the name to "Pashtunistan".
the world things that Afghanistan national lanugauge is Farsi, I am not saying that I hate Farsi or anthing but as a Pashtun nation we should keep OUR langauge alive.
