well out of all the things that could happen to ur kidneys, a stone is the least harmful. pee that thing right out and u will be just fine.

That would be ok if it was 4mm. His is 10mm and anything above 4-5mm can't be removed naturally just through having a piss.

And kidney stones are amongst the most painful things to happen to your kidney (also one of the most common).
