You are right but we have seen and we are seeing that most of them become very rude, bad mouthed, use bad language, forget about pashtunwali, pashtun traditions, pashtun values and morals. Even on this forum i have seen many.

Lol zma wror that all depends on how you were brought up. If a father or a mother lets thier daughters run around, use bad language and behave rudley towards others then these girls will obvi grow up to act in the same way. But if they were brought up knowing wats right and wrong and how to behave towards others and such then they wont change instantly as soon as they start working among the opposite sex.
