i'm up at magnetic island near townsville. big rains, my house near flooded today. i have a creek runs past my back verandah, about 3mtre from the back door and it was over the verandah. fortunately it stopped in time. had the sand bags in place and panicking. where are you?

It must be pretty tough living down there, I don't think i can do it.. I will be too scared.. but I am from Sydney... the multicultural Sydney West.. with all its "fullysick" people..

i am from the canterbury/campsie area. used to be 'the wrong side of the tracks' don't know about today. hahaha.. it can be scary. i have found 3 death adders in my garden, we had a crocodile here last season and a cyclone here or there.

No I didn't actually. What channel was it on again? Maybe you can find it online. They also have repeats, maybe you can look out for those. I found the Foreign Correspondent one online when I made mention of it to you. And minutes later it appeared on television. Either way, I don't watch t.v in all honesty.

Thats interestingly scary.... at least the adders were dead--I nearly got bitten by a brown snake one time... but thats about the only exposure i have had to the wild..life.. on close proximity.... i was too scared.. I am not as scared of spiders though....In summer, they crawl all over me..

I hope you didn't try to catch the crocodile though.. lol seems kind of easy on TV.
