I am about 6 foot 0, and I weight about 104 KG...use to weight 110 but because weight training I made some into muscles..I am not fat..just big.

68-69 to 90, that will take time, The thing is I was born as a big person, My bones are just heavy..I got it from my grandad because he had a nice body.

You need to eat alot of protiens and work out if you want to be 90 KG and not being fat lol.

Punjab for punjabies
Sindh for sindhis
Balochistan for balochis
and Pakhtunkhwa for Pakhtuns

what is NWFP...its a stupid name give to us by Punjabies

Yeah I know but the name change was a political move by ANP only thing they have ever done and it cost loads of money to change all the signs. This money couldve been spent on flood victims and the name doesn't make sense why not just have khyber ? Or pukhtunkhwa ?
NWFP was given by British and it was well respected as the frontier was known as a place of resistance.it was distinguishable. The frontier, I.e. the new beginning.

The name should have been changed to either Khyber, or Pakhtunkhwa when the British left, keeping it NWFP was retarded.
