    Back up all your files to a flash-drive or external hard-drive and Re-install your operating system. If you need any assistance with this process, I am here!

      I have an external hard drive.. but none of the partitions is big enough for the backup Windows is trying to perform lol and I don't know where to get a copy of the operating system =/ But I did manually backup all the files I needed so I'm down for a re-install.. just need the operating system..

          Didn't you say you purchased a copy of Windows 7 on-line? Contact them and ask them to send you a CD since you paid for it already.
