is there an online site that can record voice and not have a bad quality?? i don't want to have to download the software. i m using the sound recorder in the laptop which is giving me a very crappy echo in the background and it's seriously ruining it for me.

The best bet is to buy a program, like music maker. Are you using a microphone?

i stepped on my mic a while ago. it's not for music so i don't need all that fancy stuff that comes with the music maker programs.

Buy a microphone, it doesn't have to be expensive. And just use the the sound recorder most computers have, they should work fine for recording your voice.
