then scare the **** out of them by doing this:

you will need

1. laser
2. courage
3. window facing them?

shine the laser into thier house and like on thier forhead etc make them think they are bout to get shott and make sure some1 sees it and then duck down quickly give it 2-3 mins and then do it again, they will get so scared they will call the police!
