Boys, should i feel stupid in not knowing how to start a hookah. Back in Afg, one of my elder aunts told me to get the hookah for her and to start it. I told her i didnt know how to, and she laughed at me and said what kinda this and that are you

so explain to me on how to start it? i dont smoke but i am still kinda curious on how to start it.

Fill the bottom of the shisha with water, untill the water is about 1 1/2 inches up the pipe, any higher and aunty will get water in her mouth

You take the bowl of the top, fill it with the flavour to the brim, and push the flavour down abit, not tooo hard though

You then put the bowl back onto the hookah, and take a sheet of foil and cover the top of the bowl, i use 2 layers of foil, then you poke small holes into the foil, make sure they are SMALL holes (use a toothpick)

Light the coal, and put it onto the top of the foil, keep the coal on the outskirts of the bowl, if you put it in the center it will burn the flavour.

Shaista and I knew we would both be on here....but my 2 other relatives (guys), well long story short, while i was visiting Laghman and Kabul, one of them signed on and i noticed and said i was also a member here, lets just say it was kinda awkward. Because he was once a very active member that was a good friend of mine on here (we had no idea we were related), maybe that is why he doesnt sign in anymore

You said your Husband is from Shamoli Kabul? He could be a relative.

I have Popalzai/ Tokhi/ Zazai/ Kohat/ Peshawer relatives. So if anyone is of any of these people, somehow their related.

Other then that I have a known relative here

We are very much intermarried with Nangarharis, Kunaris, and Kabulis.

but yeah the thing is, Majnoon has very less relatives outside of Afghanistan, they never left their villages even through all these years of war.

Yeah because it is kinda awkward. You come into a forum hoping you stay somewhat anonymous, well to the extent that pleases you, then you find out you have relatives.....especially amongst Pashtuns lol its kinda weird.
