my hair is slightly below my shoulders, but i already have feathers and layers in which i am trying to grow out. And then i am going to get it cut in again

oh okay. Dont let it grow out too much, then you will have a lot of split ends. Just like you said, retrim your hair length and then retrim your layers


this is my hair style >> I have a V-cut that reaches my back with medium layers both in the back and front...and its always in waves
