Get up, open your closet, get a cup of water and swallow a Tylenol. No need for death threats or suicidal attempts.

You keep water in your closet?

Nah man, I actually really do love her. lol She's a good prof, the subject's kinda difficult. I just am very easily amused by Desi people and pretty much everything around them. Same goes for Arabs. Main reason why I surround myself by almost exclusively Desis and Arabs lol

      I revealed my secret.

Desi is fine, but imagine having a French professor or a German professor.

Actually wait, you might actually enjoy a German professor.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

French is cool, too. The other day I found out that my Cambodian classmate grew up in France! We sat there an hour reminiscing about Europe. Good times.

What's worse than you're Math prof having a French/German accent.. is your French prof having an English accent. It's like you're doomed to fail at speaking the language if your prof is incapable of pronouncing it without making it sound like it's an English word. LOL

        • Its so sad because the higher you go in Mathematics, the more you fail to understand what the professor said in English.

Paris is full of immigrants, Algerians are taking over.

          • He was from Lyonnnn. Lyon was our partner city in school, we had exchange students there.
Yeah man, what does that imply? That the homegrown profs are no good? =/
But what's also true is.. the higher you go in Math, the less you need to understand what the professor says in English.. it's like my Baba says, Math is a language of its own. =)

            • I agree but you need a good explanation to explain the concept. If he is having difficulties completing a simple sentence[spazzing at you as well] than it hurts and it makes your life miserable.

              • I fell yo pain bro.

You'll be fine inshAllah. that's why I love textbooks. They make up for all the times I missed notes from lecture due to, but not limited to, missing class bc of sleep deprivation, being half asleep in class because of sleep deprivation, browsing PF on my iPod rather than paying attention etc.

I browse on PF only when I am in Astronomy. But you are right, but what do you do when you have a question to ask?

I wish I had time for those.

Full time work + Full time school = Challenging.

Says one atom to the other, "Hey! I think I lost an electron!"

The other says, "Are you sure??"
