Khob ke hast en. I promised that i will learn to speak pashto and to read and write. I want in my household both languages, i want my kids to speak and respect both languages equally.

Yeah when i was with my relatives. I picked up so much on Pashto. But it would kill me if i didnt respect my mothers tongue, or my father's mothers tongue.

Master you need to stop being a bit narrow minded. Languages are good to learn, why stick wid only your mother tongue and refuse to learn other languages?

Punjabi is loved by Punjabis, farsi is loved by farsiwans, french loved by french and so on.. Pashto is not the only language on earth and yes this is pashtun forum yet we all mostly talk in english. How ironic. Anywayz we don't need to hate...

I have waziristan friends who speak pashto but nobody understands their pashto in peshawar so they are forced to speak in urdu to get people to understand their pashto..lol
