why? how did they get there?

No sure about Arabano (village) chak district story but there is a huge village called Meserkhel in our district, they came from egypt, but they consider themselves Pashtuns now.
Our fore fathers brought the egyptions as workers/servants, kar ba ye pe kawo.

yes. But there are some Tajiks and Hazaras too, they have their own districts, they speak Farsi and Hazaragi.

Hazaragi is what Hazaras speak, it's a different form of Farsi. Totaly different than Dari or the Iranian Persian.

No Idea, probably. It's just like a different version of Farsi. I cannot understand a word of it though. Even though I know a little farsi.
