There are many like that in the Islamic Calender my Dear Jasmine. We know from Ahadeeth and other narrations that it is Sunnah to fast on Monday and Wednesday. The three days of each month (13th, 14th and 15th) are also recommended (apparent from the previous Hadeeth). From Ahadeeth we also know that Rasulullah (SAW) fasted on Ashura. To differ from the practices of the Jews, he (SAW) suggested we either observe the ninth and tenth day of the month of Muharram or the tenth or eleventh. Then there are the ten days of Dhul Hijjah which have been mentioned in various parts of the Quran and to which Rasulullah (SAW) has said that no deed is as superior and excellent as the one performed in those days, including Jihaad. Following these days (my favourite time of the year after Ramadhan), you have the day of Arafah and if this fast is observed, then one's is granted the exiation of sins of the previous year.Comment

But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Lol I know this is really bad..but I don't know whats up withmy case .. I just go to the dr and I haven't talked to the lawyer ever again .. my dad has a few times and they've had some complications but I just let him handle it because it'd be too confusing if too many ppl were involved ...
