The Black-water & The Black-turban are the two bloody edges of the same Bloody Double Edge Sword. They are working under many other names & titles as well but the tale is the same.
Both are backed & funded by the World Powerful Powers, apparently non-state ‘World Actors’ or to say simply the NGO of the World War Lords, which hire the ruthless assassins & harness them for black deeds, they want to be committed all over the world according to the whims.
Similarly as hired assassins are hired & harbored by big tribal chieftains for killing their proposed or supposed enemy in tribal areas, without claiming the blame & the backlash.
And above all the world itself has never been less than a Biggest Tribal Area in the universe or say the biggest jungle in the universe, where the powerful is entitle to hunt and the powerless is liable to be hunt!!!
And yes UN is the Paid World Umpire being appointed & paid by the US for conducting the matches or say the missions played by her of limited overs or unlimited overs!
