Here I hope to display for an honest to God's truth reason for me being here and a reason/response for most other comments/questions.
- I'm an American Soldier.
- I grew up in foster care. Foster care in the USA means your parents would not or could not take care of children so they give them to the "state" (officials/government.) They are then raised by a family who gets paid to ensure for their "well-being." (Because of foster care I have no real family or heritage or lineage other then 'American.')
- I got a couple years of christian education forced upon me by one of my foster parents so I have a little knowledge of the bible and other things but not much of any one subject.
- I'm 29 years old and finally deciding on a future career or sequence of jobs to "settle down" with.
- I have grown fond to the Pashto language and Afghans as a people.
- Quite often the technology we have in the states are often called "leashes" because you can never truly "get away."
- I do not for a minute try to discern the orders of those above me because I have no serious "stake" in what happens. I fix computers and radios and help people with technology questions and do my little part.
- Although I am still considering learning and reading Islam...I have sort of fallen short as far as enthusiasm for it. It's just if others are so angry with me for being me...of course I wouldn't want to take a second to understand anything about them-- except I'm trying to be a "man" about it and still discern and learn.
- My favorite music is Rock/Alternative Rock
- My favorite vista would be a green valley with a nice stream through it and a cottage on it for my home.
- My ideal woman would be one that is set in her ways and is knowledgeable in some area...whatever she finds of interest.
- My reason for joining the Army was a sort of "defending" idea because of 9/11 I opted to server for a brief time to "do my part."
