PF Tribal Elders

is it time we choose some credible PF Elders who can solve disputes ,give advice etc.

they should work the same way as how Tribal Elders and jirgas work in reality.

Moderators are not Tribal Elders, i mean indepnedent PFers.
Moderators/admin etc are like the governement.
