My take on this:
It's their business, we have no right to force them on how much they should charge us, let alone insult them. However, anyone who has taken the most basic business course would know that if the owner is not gaining any subscriptions, he himself will reconsider his price and perhaps decrease it. Graveempire can certainly voice his frustration by responding to that email he was sent. You never know, he might exert some sort of influence on them. Hell, if you have too much time on your hands, call them. At the end of the day, whether they charge a dollar or a hundred, it's their call, not ours. The same goes for popular brands. Isn't it true that there are shoes you can buy for $30bucks, and then there are shoes you can buy for $3500. Most of the time, even the quality of the shoe is the same. It's the brand that people want to sport.
