German; Germans are so intelligent that if we take out one person's brains and put it in another person's head, the person is capable of looking for a job in two weeks.
Israeli; This is nothing, we Jews are so intelligent that if we take out one person's heart and put it into another man's body, he is capable of looking for a job within a week.
Pakistani; This is nothing either my friends. We Pakistanis found a man with no brain and no heart, made him president of Pakistan, now our entire country is looking for a job.
