Does love ever expire ?
It does, with time all good things come to an end, I would say respect for each other goes a lot farther than love does..But ofcourse everyone one thinks their story is differentIt's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..

I don't want to vote this. I can't define love; I don't fully understand it, except that a really powerful emotion exist. Privately, I love my wife and children as I love my parents, siblings and a couple of my real and true friends. I'd be gutted if something happened. I love humanity in general, but there you are: fuzzy definition.
Love can be a beautiful thing for sure, but if we are mechanical about it - it is a set of chemical and electrical impulses. It is "felt" in the heart, it is formed in the head and to be honest often it's about what you can stomach and what your gut reaction is, thus we could also point to that part of the body (I think) with more accuracy. You could possibly say exactly the same about hate and antipathy - the opposing balancing force to love.
If humans could honestly stop being selfish (not likely in my lifetime) and learn to love without condition, then I'm sure that we'd find something greater - we'd find ourselves, we'd take each other with a fewer conditions attached, we'd find balance and beauty in places where we've already been but not seen the beauty in it before, and who knows all of this might lead to a possible timeless sense of world peace.
