The parents of missing U.S. soldier Noah Pippin are desperate to find their son, who was last seen in the Flathead Valley back in August.
Some new details are coming out as to why they believe he wasn't alone when he disappeared.
Noah was last seen in August. He grew up in Michigan and completed three combat tours in Iraq, and was driving home to Michigan before preparing to deploy again to Afghanistan.
Flathead County Sheriff's Department Detective Pat Walsh tracked him as far as a Hungry Horse hotel. They also traced a notebook with directions to an area just outside Glacier National Park.
Mike Pippen, Noah's father, says after Montana's News Station first aired the story in November, he received an anonymous tip from someone in Missoula claiming they saw Noah outside a bar with a woman.
If you have any information that may help authorities, or have seen Noah Pippin, call Mike Pippin at 231-883-1445 or Flathead County Detective Pat Walsh at 406-758-5600.

(December 1, 2010) The parents of a missing U.S. soldier are trying to stay busy this holiday season while they hope that information will surface soon about their son, Noah Pippin, whose last known location was in the Flathead Valley.
Noah grew up in Michigan and his father Mike Pippin says Noah showed strong independence as a child. "He loves to study, loves to think, loves to debate, loves history, loves philosophy and really found a home in the U.S. Marines."
Pippin completed three combat tours in Iraq with the 1/5 Battalion out of San Diego. After the Corps, he joined the California National Guard and drove home to Michigan in August before preparing to deploy to Afghanistan.
He left Michigan on August 25th to report back for duty but never arrived. Phone records show that Pippin made calls from Columbia Falls, ordered pizza, and dropped off his rental car at the Glacier Park International Airport.
Pippin's parents say they didn't know anything was wrong until they got a call from his National Guard unit.
Just recently his parents discovered directions to Blue Lakes in the South Fork area in his belongings and are wondering how he received the directions.
Noah's family has been working closely with Flathead County Detective Pat Walsh, but so far they've hit a stand-still and are asking for the public's help in locating their son.
In the meantime, the Pippin family waits in Michigan and plans to come to the Flathead Valley to retrace the steps of their son.
If you have any information or have seen Noah Pippin, call Mike Pippin at 231-883-1445 or Flathead County Detective Pat Walsh at 406-758-5600.
