I could only understand some of the Dari, it was a little to advance for me. But how come the people didn't over power him? He already shot people for no reason, they should have attacked him, before he killed anymore.

Yeah i thought that too, one guy was practically shaking hands with him, he was that close. But, it looks like he was targetting workers/officials of what seems to be a bank and was letting women and those that had nothing to do with the bank through.
