in all honesty though, we cant be screaming for a loy afghanistan thousands of miles away from it. in order to rebuild our country and improve the living standards from the pitiful state the country is in now, the people living far away from but constantly rooting for a loy afghanistan have to begin walking the talk. afghansitan needs creative-minded people to return to it, successfully redevelop it and get it standing on its own feet again. once that is done, we can ponder the retaking of territories lost to pakistan.

to answer ur question, neither side looks pashtun to me. i agree that afghanistan's govt and related institutions are dominated by tajiks, uzbeks, and hazaras, who espouse ill-will and resentment towards us.

Some say "we are afghan pashtuns" others say "we are pakistani pashtuns"
Some say "you hate us, tajiks and uzbeks, etc." others say "you hate us, panjabis, sikhs, etc."

One durand line has torn brothers and sisters against each other.. i hate this constant argument that goes back and forth! Some pashtuns standing up for tajiks while others stand up for panjabis, but when it comes to standing up for each other then what? Then nothing. We fight each other instead of supporting each other. Why not just stand up for muslim tajiks, muslim uzbeks, muslim pakistanis, muslim arabs, muslim.. well you get my point.
& obviously i don't post a lot around the politics area because i don't know as much as all you other political mishran around here, but all i know is that there shouldn't just be an option A and an option B; love tajiks or love panjabis. Where is option C where we just love for the sake of Allah?
now don't take this as me trying to be all Utopian , but there is only a division if we create a division.

thats because afghanistan is in a war time and these tajiks uzbek hazara are not representatives of their ethnicities just like karzai is not representative of Pukhtane and the Afghan government is not representative of the people.i think you have been living in a cave for the last 20 years.

the pakistan goverment and Army are muslims aswell, do you wanna live with them?
For me its not just religion, I want culture,Religion and langague.
mixing our cultures won't work khor, You won't give your daughter, sisters to africans now would you.

it is not wrong to have your own culture and religion! But it is wrong for you to hate others just because of where hey are from.
You may hate the pakistani government, but why hate all pakistanis?

Wrora, why do you always bring africans or any other black people into our discussions? I know you do not like them for the color of their skin, but you know dase khabare pa ma bad lagi, so why do you bring it up? There are MANY very very good muslims amongs black people and africans, why would it be wrong if a muslim married an african muslim (cultural preferences aside)?
Many pashtuns want to marry within pashtuns and want their children to marry pashtuns to keep the same culture and language. Of course i get that, because i love our culture and our language. But it is NOT wrong if a any muslim wants to marry any other muslim.
We are muslims before we are pashtuns & alhumdulillah Islam is the biggest part of pashtun culture.
