why do even need a mother's day?
Is not as if we will only love our mum for one day a year lol, we love our mum everyday ok, I don't follow this Western bull****.
Mother's day
Father's Day
Valentine's Day lol
etc etc.
you just understan what I am saying I guess.
I didn't said anything about people leaving their partners for another men or women in here???.. sowam chi da to sawai??

Master khana, there is nothing wrong with celebrating Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and Valentines day. Reason why, do you buy chocolate, flowers, and a mother's card everyday of her life? no i dont thinks so. Do you take your father out to eat to a nice restaurant every single day? no i dont think so. Do you buy your fiance a nice loving card, roses, a teddy bear and chocolates for her every single day? no i dont think so....so do you get where i am trying to get at Of course, we as Muslims, as humans, we should be obedient, caring, and appreciative for our loved ones every day, but it isnt as if we can buy them nice things everyday. Taking a one day to do something really nice for your special someone is nice. I mean you dont have to do it on the certain Mothers/Fathers day, you can do it randomly.

It has nothing to do with following Western culture.

hmmm okay let me put it this way. Our birthdays only come once a year, right. I dont know about your mom, but my mother actually takes that day off of work, she takes me shopping, she sits down with me and looks at my baby/childhood photos, then we all go to a really fancy dinner as a family. Now, i cant do that every single day of my life. Nor can she. But she shows the appreciation of my birth on that day. I mean as a mother she shows her love everyday, but just that one day she does so much for me.


I mean even if she didnt spend any money on me on the bday, i still love the fact that she takes the day off of work, spends the whole day with me.
