legless lizzard?

i have seen a lot of them but not a decorative as that one. i have a picture in my discs, somewhere.

In nature I have seen only this type:

how do you define a snake?

i define it as "crawling on its belly"

Snakes have I kind of specially developed skeleton, so they can move their bones, the bones move their body and scin, so they have a quiet specific movement. Also physically they are different from lizards. These lizzards are not all completely legless, they havn't got this motility of their skeleton like snakes, so they simply move their body. Snakes are somehow close to Monitor-lizzards(that are not really like lizzards).


You can see the difference also i You look singularly on the head, the hade looks more lizzard like, while snakes have different head and teeth construction I suppose.

Also these lizzards have no venom.

A nice and very dangerous snake

beautisul! love snakes. we have some very big ones here. the one that lives in my neighbours roof is about 9ft. i have been trying to get a photo of a red bellied black snake whic my neighbour saw the other day but it hasn't been around, again.
