my point is I don't approve of tor khan trying to make it seem like we are rfugees here. This is a Pashtun world, pashtun society. It's not like we are in a Baluchi forum.
PF is my new home.
i agree with u. we are not refugess just like we wernot refugees during the russian war.

Tor khan is now PF property, R.I.P Chai Khana, so don't try to claim him for others, I have copyrights on him. Tor khan is officially part of PF elite.
right Tor khan?
Apridai Jan - Duplicate me!!! It's an easy enough formula - what you want is a healthy mix of cynicism, thoughtfulness and determination.

I want a world of Tor Khan's just like me!
.... OK, maybe not.
You have no idea how much Ive laughed at this. Duplicate me! And then what about Worandar? A world of Tor_Khans - A world of wisdom and knowledge. And many more travellers. Oh and *just* like you? Not any better?

(Jokes)
I'm quite flawed too you know ...
As for the Wrandar - stasu wrandar - not mine! Well yesterday when we went out for a barbeque, I grumbled (as I sometimes do) about the tenderizer she used for the meat. She very patiently slipped out of the way and came back in about 10 mins with chicken burgers that barbequed very nicely. We had a lovely picnic after that.
My wife is kind of like my official food taster when we travel. Am I allowed to say this in this "modern" day and age?

We all are. But very few have positive aspects about their character that outweigh the flaws.
Haha, well of course she is mine! Omg, every man I have seen does that. No tenderiser whatsoever. The women on my side usually have to sneak it in their purses when we go out to the country side and often slaughter sheep. At the end, the men, licking their fingers - Dera kha taaza ghuwakha wa, der khwand ye woke - but if they knew...ouch!
She is a lady worth meeting then. Well, someday, when I take on the role of a reporting Journalist as a foreign correspondent (big dreams, I know, haha!), I could travel to see you CKers and I really would =D. Weve built quite a family huh?
The details are not fixed yet, but my niece is getting married and it's a kind of multi-country wedding - one of the events is in Perth this summer - you might even know the family.
I have very few details at the moment but my resposibility is to try to get to one of the events, so who knows, ha?
Wow! That sounds amazing! *Thinks really hard at you might even know the family* What a small world - SubhanAllah. Yeh! InshaAllah. My my, that sounds SO exciting!
I could throw in more exclamation marks if you want =D

Whilst approaches may be different, where females require their own space, there's a strong argument that both feminism and Islam can offer that space.
Yes, both feminism and Islam offer that space, but what I'm longing for is a forum on here that is committed to discussions on social issues, which will include not just women but others as well.

Neither do I. If it is used for purposes where women can discuss issues, that are not always suitable in the presence of men, among themselves, that would be understandable. The other side of it, I oppose to some extent.
I would suggest that we never, ever assume that an online space is for girls only. You really never know who's pretending to be female but is really male and is on that site/space -- simply because everyone else, or the person heading the site, thinks that the person is female. Nothing private should ever be discussed online even if assumed it's all girls
