~ New Year's Resolutions?

As New Year's is approaching the annual question resurfaces:

Do you have New Year's resolutions? Or do you not believe in them? Do you stick to your resolutions? Share some of your resolutions and plans for the upcoming year inshAllah.

Personally, I tend to make "New Year's" resolutions during Ramadan, as most of my resolutions are related to faith and it has a stronger spiritual meaning to me.

I do the same! It's always during Ramadan or the first of Muharram. But when I fail at those times or simply want to wait until the beginning of the year. I wait. I follow mine, I make simple rules and as you mentioned mine's tend to be more religiously focused as well. I take mine somewhat seriously and will follow them.

This year Insha'Allah, I'm planning on learning more Arabic, being more spiritual and applying to law schools. No mas waiting and being scared of things for me. =)

And traveling more Insha'Allah. I shall travel. See some of my close friends get engaged and married. Can't wait Insha'Allah. =)

not really..i m very good at starting things but not so much at finishing them. what i m looking forward to in the coming year is the fact that i would be traveling a lot. it will be a very fun and memorable year for me because my brother is getting married and i have never had a sibling get married before..IT WILL BE SO MUCH FUN!!(baryalai samadi!!!--going to bangkok before his wedding..just me and my brothers!!!!)
so yeah...having a busy schedule makes me happy because i tend to do great things when i am crazy busy...i looooove being crazy busy.

no. what is the fun in that?? by the time you get to the idea, it becomes overbearing. it gets boring. i m not very good with planing things.
i mean..i will try to be nice to everyone and pray on time and respect my elders even at the times when they are dead wrong about stuff and things like that.
