I am certain there are areas of concern for all of us that we want to speak a bit loudly about, so if you had the opportunity to make a documentary, what would you go for? Or more simply, if you knew someone who made them, what would you suggest?

(This isn't solely for discussion purposes. I am taking these suggestions on board).

Sorry if this is too "full on" but ideally (if I had unlimited resources at my disposal) then I would make a documentary on the thriving under-ground prostitution market in Afghanistan, and how AFGHAN airlines are hiring ‘prostitutes’ as opposed to stewards, how in Qargha and Paghman every Jumah wealthy individual bring in prostitutes in the bungalows that they hire.

I would first try to expose those Afghan corporations/businessmen/pimps encouraging or promoting this and then look at the dire background of the prostitutes. Finally I would examine the obvious link between poverty--> child exploitation--> prositution---> rampant political corruption-->drug trade.

A close relative came back recently from Afghanistan, and saw a side of afg that he never seen before and does not want to see again.

Thank you for your suggestions. They will be considered, in the long run, definitely. For now, I am looking at something more immediate, something that can be achieved here. I am not looking for a local story or anything, but something that can be achieved from where we are instead of moving around so much. Considering it is the first, still, we're not aiming low, but in this instance moving about is not an option.
