You have to make sure you check your eyesight over time because it does change over time or it has for me. If you wear the wrong number or your frames are not well adjusted it will give you headaches and affect your vision.
They give me so much trouble because I dont get them checked as often as I should. I even cosidered getting an eyelash trim to avoid bloodshot red eyes once.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

If you eyesight is getting worse (like you can tell) and you don't have glasses, then it is probably wise to get them. Having glasses will slow this affect down and you will be at less risk of going legally blind. If you need glasses, get them. It is better to be able to see and be ugly, than be pretty and legally blind lol.

As we grow from children to adults, our eyes grow as well, but if they do not grow proportionally (i.e. they become longer or shorter) and the shape changes, then it has affects on our vision.

This is why laser eye surgery is recommended after you are a fully grown adult, because your eyes will not change in shape any more.

Then you must be near sighted. Which means that you have trouble seeing something from a distance.

But the problem is if you do not get glasses, then your vision will worsen.

Usually when you are near sighted, you do not need to wear your glasses all the time. You just need to wear it when you need to. However, if you dont even get glasses at all, your eye sight will get worse. So talk to your dad, take him to go with you to the eye doctor, then you will be okay

Well yeah, that can also happen. That also happened to my sister when she was younger. But that means she needed stronger glasses.

But then, if you needed glasses in the first place, how can you expect to see without it

we have mashallah loads of Dr here,SO i want to see what's their opinion about it or how can we improve our eye sight?
The long and short ( no pun intended) is No. Glasses on correct your vision.

For excellent vision, light must be focused on the inner surface of the back part of the eye (the retina). The structures in the front of the eye (the lens and cornea) are designed to do this by "bending" (refracting) light.

In many people, however, the light is not focused directly on the retina either because the light is "bent" too much or not enough. Glasses or contact lenses are selected so that they "bend" or "unbend" light as much as needed to focus it right on the retina so that you can see clearly.
