saif i have a sore throat and a temp...whats my condition is there a cure? what is my treatment?

If u have a sore throat and temperature, it can either be viral or bacterial infection.

If it is bacterial ill advise taking amoxycilin 250mg...3 times a day, for at least 4 days.

But my guess it is viral, so just take paracetamol for fever if its really annoying u...otherwise just chill

wow..u truly are a doc...cuz whatever happens... like if u get run over...flu..etc..my doc only prescribes amoxycilin 250mg.....is this the standard..but come on..250 mg..is too low i want the 500mg at least lolz...

does your family members pester u when they ill etc for a diagnosis etc...

The reason why i am laughing is coz u asked does ur family members pester u. There are other members who they can pester...like my dad, my older brother, my aunty, my grandad etc...

Amoxycilin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, it works well against gram positve bacteria like steptococcus pyogenes, which is main cause for throat infections..250mg is used for ordinary infections and 500mg for more serious infections
