Great but the one like Smalawar's are traditional not the last ones which are copied from Hush Puppies.

I am happy Pashtuns are now giving coverage to such traditional cultural and fashion stuff coming from the artisans/artists who are still considered Chamyaran, from the lowest strata of Pashtun society where cobblers(chamyar) belongs to the lowest caste along with potter(kulal), mule driver(paracha), barber(nayee), dancer(dum), singer(sandar gharhey), mulla(clergyman) , shepherd(kochi/shpoon)and even businessman(dukandar/karoo bari)

                        I don't care for sandals.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

When I wore these in Afghanistan, they made my feet black and weren't very comfortable with it digging slightly into my heel and squeezing my toes (and the size was correct btw).

Perhaps I was wearing a cheap version - or are all like that?

To advise others is an easy matter, the difficulty is accepting advice -- since it is bitter for those who follow their

I always have the same issue whenever I wear these sandels.
