As far as I know, dimples are an important thing to have in desi cultures. A lot of the actors and actresses have them, and they apparently play a huge role in finding people attractive or not. Personally, I think dimples make people look way too childish. Pashtuns generally have a more rugged look as opposed to the cute look possessed by a lot of South Asians, and so I wouldn't think dimples play that big of a role in our society.

As for eyelashes, if you have the hairy genes in your family, then your people will generally have longer eyelashes too. By hairy genes I mean that the guys in your family have full beards, full chest hair, upper back, shoulders, forearms, stomach etc. A lot of Pashtuns have the hairy gene, but then again a bunch of them don't so it could totally vary.
