Eye-liner, it is a very serious problem indeed and requires great attention. I am not expert but I can suggest few.
1.Try not to activate your sympathetic nervous system which will otherwise release the adrenaline hormone (adrenalish-rush) that results in vasodilation--loosening of the blood vessels---and the increased flow of blood accompanied by increased heart beat and the dilation of veins in your fair cheeks...making you all red and pink.
2. Mayana has a nice suggestion...get that product.
3. You might be suffering from Erythrophobia--fear of blushing. You can opt for surgery--endothoracic sympathectomy. The surgeons will just kill your sympathetic nerves and you will never blush again in your life.
Good luck.
